Approved Mailbox

When replacing your mailbox, here is a link to the one that is already approved by the Architectural Control Committee. This mailbox meets the community standard and is built to last a lifetime. If you select something other than this, the selection requires ACC approval. email architectural@cottoncreek.org to start the process.

Yard of the Month

Congratulations to our first Yard of the Month of 2026! The April winner, the Bardell family, lives at 12 Piedmont Place and received the $50 Lowe’s gift card. We love their fresh cut lawn and lively flower beds.

Our runner up and winner of the $25 Lowe’s gift card is the Peterson family at 122 Grayton. We love the lush, well manicured yard.
