Cotton Creek Plantation is located in Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama. Our community includes 331 residential lots. We have a mix of single family dwellings and 3 different styles of townhomes.
We are a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with services and amenities funded through annual dues, paid by property owners. Our community operates under a set of ByLaws and Restrictive Covenants. A Board of Directors elected by the homeowners is the governing body of the community. Our quarterly Board meetings are open to everyone (owners and renters alike) and residents are encouraged to attend to share ideas, concerns, suggestions and comments about our community.
- Cotton Creek Plantation is centrally located in the Wiregrass region of South Alabama, 30 miles West of Dothan, 15 miles Southwest of Ozark, 35 miles South of Troy, and a short 2 hour drive from sunny beaches of Panama City. We are less than a 10 minute drive to Fort Rucker, home of the U.S. Army's Aviation Center. We are close to Holly Hill Elementary, Dauphin Junior High, and Enterprise High School.

- Cotton Creek is a people and pet friendly community. We only ask that pet owners be responsible owners, and to please clean up after your pets. Not everyone who lives here wants to clean up after someone elses pet.
